On June 11, 1926, the hospital welcomed its first baby, Buddy Miller, marking the start of a century-long legacy of caring for mothers, babies and families. A hundred years later, Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children celebrated the milestone during a record-breaking year for deliveries, underscoring its role as Alabama’s busiest maternity hospital.
