On Wednesday, the Naples City Council voted 6-1 in favor of creating a new luxury car event to be held on Fifth Avenue South. This comes after the relocation of the original Cars on 5th event to Bayshore Drive following months of back-and-forth debate over safety and logistical concerns.
According to a permit application submitted to the city, this event, which has no name yet, would take place on February 27th. It would feature displays of specialty vehicles, and proceeds would benefit local charities…
