ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A Roanoke County spokesperson confirms the county has signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding a recent land sale at Wood Haven Technology Park, legally barring officials from revealing what could be coming to the site and leaving neighboring residents demanding answers.
According to the spokesperson, the NDA prevents the county from disclosing the prospective use of the property. The statement follows a vote last week by the Western Virginia Regional Industrial Facility Authority to sell park property to Clearview Dynamics LLC, an entity formed in January.
