GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – City of Green Bay officials say a section of Oneida Street will be temporarily closed starting on Thursday for repairs.
According to a release from the City of Green Bay Department of Public Works, southbound South Oneida Street will be closed to through traffic from Shawano Avenue to Western Avenue as crews make repairs to the pavement.

The temporary closure will start at 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 17, through Monday, September 6:00 a.m. The following detour will be posted during the closure:
- Westbound traffic on Shawano Avenue to use South Fisk Street.
- Eastbound traffic on Shawano Avenue to use South Ashland Avenue.
Officials say access to residences and businesses will be maintained, with all closures, detours, and work operations to be dependent upon weather and subject to change.
