NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – The Norman Police Department (NPD) is alerting drivers to the upcoming Norman North High School Homecoming Parade scheduled for Thursday, September 17.
According to NPD, Stubbeman Avenue will be closed to all traffic between Robinson Street and Rock Creek Road on Thursday (9/17) from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. for the Norman North High School Homecoming Parade.
