HILLIARD, Ohio (WSYX) — A man is facing a felony assault charge after Hilliard police say he pulled a gun while officers were trying to arrest him at an apartment complex Wednesday night.
It happened at about 8 p.m. just off Riggins Road, leading an officer to shoot 62-year-old Frank Toscano.
