UPPER ALLEN, PA — Isabella Nazay, 21, of New Cumberland, was arrested on charges of attempted burglary, attempted criminal trespass and attempted interference with custody of children.
Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a residence in the township at approximately 8:18 p.m. Friday for a report of an active disturbance.
