NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — U.S. Marshals have arrested a Tennessee man who was wanted on a second-degree murder charge in connection with the May shooting death of Christopher Yates, officials said Thursday.
The U.S. Marshals Service said Jesse Wayne Phillips was arrested Sept. 17 in Monticello, Kentucky, following a search involving federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.
