SPOKANE COUNTY, WA — Three people were arrested following an investigation into the alleged purchase and transportation of firearms by suspected gang members and associates, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrests included 22-year-old Christian J. Iacobo, 23-year-old Alonzo A. Lopez Diaz and 20-year-old Angel A. Tlatelpa. Authorities said the investigation was conducted by the Regional Anti-Violence Enforcement and Narcotics Task Force, known as RAVEN.
Investigators reportedly learned earlier this year that people prohibited from possessing firearms were traveling to Idaho to legally purchase them before allegedly using the weapons in criminal activity in Spokane County and elsewhere in Washington…
