DOUGLAS COUNTY, Wash. – A 19-year-old suspect with an outstanding felony warrant linked to the starting of the Chelan Hills Fire was arrested on Thursday, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO).
Mark R. Okhrimchik of University Place, Washington, was located and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service. He was transported to the Tacoma Federal Courthouse, before DCSO detectives transported him to the Chelan County Regional Justice Center.
