(FOX40.COM) — An arrest was made Wednesday in a 2025 Elk Grove hit-and-run that killed a woman, the Elk Grove Police Department said.
According to police, Keith Lee, 57, was arrested at his home in Sacramento and booked into Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of vehicular manslaughter and felony hit-and-run.
