SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A heartwarming story coming from the Syracuse Police Department’s Facebook page early Friday morning. Officers say they were called to a home where a cat was trapped under a car. Officers were able to free the cat, and the car’s owner immediately decided to give it a forever home.
