Fort Worth’s famed “flying saucer” is bracing for impact.
After decades of lingering downtown like a landlocked UFO, the arena portion of the Fort Worth Convention Center is headed for demolition. But before it comes down, the city is giving the 1968 landmark a final sendoff Sunday.
