On Friday night, strap on your boots and make your way to Downtown Arlington for Tejano Night Mercado — a small business market and concert — to kick off Hispanic Heritage Month. The night will be a celebration of culture through music, food and shopping with over 50 vendors ranging from custom cowboy hat makers to Mexican food cooks.
