THE Kansas City Royals have put together the financing to see their new $3billion dream home come to life.
The Royals will build a new stadium that will serve as the centerpiece of an 85-acre mixed-use development in the Crown Center neighborhood.
The majority of the project is being privately funded, and sees the MLB team in a joint venture with Hallmark Cards.
But the Royals have also revealed they are partnering with Mortenson and McCownGordon, as well as JE Dunn, to finalise the funds needed to make the project happen…
