(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Two people have been arrested in connection to a shooting that seriously injured a person in August on the southeast side of Colorado Springs.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), on Aug. 28 around 1:45 a.m., officers responded to a reported shooting in the 900 block of Cana Grove, near the intersection of South Academy and East Fountain Boulevards. When officers arrived, they found an adult man suffering from suspected gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries but was reportedly stable the night of the shooting. Detectives canvassed the area but were unable to locate the suspects in the assault…
