CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Drivers with unpaid parking tickets in Chattanooga have more time to get relief before tougher enforcement begins.
The Chattanooga Parking Authority, owned and operated by CARTA, is extending its 10% payment plan discount through Sept. 30, giving drivers additional time to enroll before new enforcement measures take effect.
