Two men face felony charges after crowd interferes with Dayton Police investigation

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — Two men are facing felony charges after Dayton Police say a crowd interfered with officers investigating a possible hooning event.

Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Conley Street around 3:15 p.m. on September 13 following reports of multiple vehicles doing donuts.
