RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KESQ) — Riverside County Animal Services (RCDAS) is joining BISSELL Pet Foundation’s nationwide Empty the Shelters adoption event, offering reduced adoption fees through September 30.
During the event, cats and dogs can be adopted for $70 or less. All adopted pets are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
RCDAS currently has more than 1,000 pets available for adoption and continues to face overcrowding at its shelters…
