Man wanted on identity theft, other charges in Lancaster County after Best Buy purchase

MANHEIM TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are looking for a suspect accused of using another person’s banking information to buy video game consoles and other items at a Lancaster County Best Buy.

Manheim Township Police said Junlin Wei, 27, of New York, is wanted on felony charges of access device fraud and unlawful use of a computer, as well as misdemeanor charges of theft, identity theft and receiving stolen property.

An affidavit of probable cause shows that a woman reported a fraudulent $956.77 charge from the store on her checking account to police on Aug. 3. She said she did not know how her information would have been stolen…
