SAN JOSE — A plan to build several hundred apartments in North San Jose took a step forward with a preliminary real estate deal involving the purchase of several acres for potential development.
Del Rey Investment Co. agreed to sell SummerHill Apartment Communities a combined 6.3 acres of land at the corner of Baypoint Parkway and Zanker Road, documents on file in Santa Clara County show.
