PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) — A Topsail High School student was hit by a vehicle Thursday afternoon while trying to cross U.S. 17, school officials said.
The student, a 10th-grader, was reported in stable condition following the crash. His parents were with him at the hospital, according to the school district.
