Teen avoids serious punishment in Massachusetts high-speed chase

(WJAR) — A Connecticut teenager resolves a court case in which he was accused of leading police in Massachusetts on a high-speed chase following a car meet-up last October.

NBC 10 previously reported initial charges against Nicholas Kreidel, 19, were quickly dropped, before prosecutors brought charges again in May.
