In August, the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office was contacted by an Uber driver regarding a suspicious package the driver had been asked to deliver.
Deputies investigated the package and discovered it contained methamphetamine. The discovery led to a criminal investigation, and investigators later obtained an arrest warrant for 39-year-old Jeremy Pierson of New Caney.
Deputies subsequently located Pierson at a property near Cutler Road in New Caney and took him into custody. During the arrest, deputies also located additional methamphetamine.
