A Dodge Charger driver slowed when a Tulsa police officer tried to stop him for driving 100 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Then he stuck one finger through the sunroof and sped away.
A second officer caught up and got the same salute. Officers ended the pursuit rather than continue chasing him through traffic…
