Lake Conroe Centennial Lions Club held a meeting recently at Walden Yacht Club. Bill Hogan began with a prayer followed by President Todd Keifer leading us in the Pledge to the American Flag and then the Pledge to the Texas Flag.
Lots of Good News were shared along with the singing of the Birthday Song to those of us who were born in September: Roxie Gernand, Bill Hogan, Vickie Hogan, and Marie Underdown. Congratulations to all!
We were excited to hear from Jan Jessen, Chairman of the Cruisin’ 2026 Car Show, about this awesome event that will take place at the parking lot of Walden Yacht Club (13101 Melville Drive, Montgomery, TX 77356) on Saturday, October 10th from 10 am – 2 pm, which is Free Fun for the whole family! (There is a Car Registration Fee of $35 and cars must register at 8:30 am).
