WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A long-running auto dealership in Wichita confirmed that its investigation into how a racial slur appeared on service stickers placed on the inside of customers’ windshields resulted in the terminations of two now-former employees.
Rusty Eck Ford confirmed that the situation impacted four customers, each of whom the company reported promptly contacting. The investigation followed an initial report early last week from a longtime customer, the dealership explained.
