Three days into the boil water advisory in a south Wichita suburb, some residents were likely experiencing low water pressure for a separate reason, the city said.
A water line break in Derby’s Village Lake neighborhood left a “handful” of residents affected Friday morning, the city’s communications director confirmed to The Eagle.
“With it being so dry, and then with all the rain we got this week, that tends to make those kinds of things happen,” Kristy Bansemer said. “It’s kind of more of a like a routine maintenance type of thing.”…
