At 90 and 80 years old, North Bethesda residents Jack and Freda White on Thursday said they have found “peace of mind” living at Montgomery County’s newest affordable apartment building, The Chimes.
At a grand opening celebration held Thursday morning at the 163-unit apartment building, the couple said that as they have aged, the question of whether they could continue to afford housing always lingered.
