NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An officer is recovering from minor injuries after being struck by a vehicle late Friday night, according to authorities.
NDOT working to shut down ‘dangerous’ rogue pedicab driver
The incident began in the 4000 block of Trousdale Drive at about 10:27 p.m., when the Metro Nashville Police Department responded to reports of a stolen Chevy Suburban driving into Davidson County.
According to MNPD, the SUV was wanted in connection with over 20 vehicle thefts.
Officials said that when MNPD attempted to help Brentwood Police Department detain the SUV’s occupants, the driver drove off and struck an officer. It’s not yet clear which agency the officer was with…
