Living and dead cockroaches in areas where food is stored or prepared, bed bugs, fruit flies, meat that wasn’t stored at safe temperatures, employees who didn’t wash their hands before touching food, filthy kitchen conditions, ants and more are among violations state inspectors discovered during recent food safety and lodging inspections in the Wichita area.
