EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A man who failed to return from work release was arrested with drugs while trespassing at an Evansville business, according to police.
Evansville Police Department officers were patrolling downtown on Main Street when they saw 40-year-old Marcus Bacon trespassing on the back patio of a business.
While running Bacon’s name, officers say they discovered he had failed to return from work release.
After Bacon was placed in handcuffs and taken to jail, officers say he told them he had drugs in his socks…
