Central Pa. auction features rare bracelets, Pepsi watch

DENVER, Pa. (WHTM) — Morphy’s Auctions’ next event will be offering over 350 lots, including some rare finds valued in the six figures.

Morphy’s Fine Jewelry & Watches auction is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 24, both live online and at its location in Denver, Lancaster County, beginning at 9 a.m.

Headlining the lot is what Morphy’s describes as an “incredible” Oscar Heyman orange and yellow fancy colored diamond necklace, reaching 17 inches long with an original black velvet presentation box. It has a total of 850 diamonds and was originally sold for $620,000 in 2014 and is currently valued between $150,000 and $250,000.

A “rare and important” Bvlgari Serpenti Jaeger-LeCoultre 18K gold diamond bracelet is also estimated at $150,000-$250,000 presale. It is made of 341 natural colorless diamonds, as well as two round cabochon ruby eyes. The bracelet also has a surprise hidden away: A snake’s head that opens at the mouth to reveal a secret watch with manual-wind movement and a back-set crown…
