A new mixed-use development featuring 330 single-family homes and nearly 10 acres of commercial space is being proposed for an 83.8-acre property near the intersection of U.S. Highway 27 and Interstate 75 in northwest Ocala.
The proposed project, named Stancils Pineywoods PUD, is scheduled for review by the Marion County Development Review Committee during its regular meeting on Monday.
