RIVERSIDE, NJ — A 19-year-old man was arrested Thursday after twice fleeing from police while operating an illegal electric dirt bike.
At approximately 1 p.m., a Riverside Township patrol officer in a marked patrol car observed a male riding an electric dirt bike along North Pavilion Avenue.
