BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – Local volunteers are making sure their Brown County neighbors are ready for the colder months ahead.
The 35th annual ‘Project Heat’s On’ program brought 42 tradespeople to 30 homes across Brown County on Saturday. The free service is designed for low-income, elderly, and disabled homeowners, many of whom live on fixed incomes and may not have another way to get their furnace checked.
