LINCOLN–(KFOR Sept. 20)–Police are investigating a stabbing early Sunday morning at a central Lincoln parking lot.
Lincoln Police say officers were called just before 3am to a parking lot off of 27th and Randolph, where they found a 54-year-old man with a severe cut to his neck.
