BURIEN — Sunday, September 20, 2026, kicks off Child Passenger Safety Awareness Week – a critical time for parents and guardians to make sure they safely know how to properly install a car seat in their vehicle.
The week is an annual educational campaign held during the third week of September to highlight the importance of correctly securing children in age- and size-appropriate car seats, booster seats, and seat belts, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
