FARRAGUT, Tenn. (WATE) — A section of Kingston Pike was temporarily closed Monday morning after a tractor-trailer overturned in Farragut, the Tennessee Department of Transportation said.
The truck was carrying 51,000 pounds of fiber. The closure was at S Campbell Station Road, and traffic is bypassing the area using local routes, TDOT said.

Cars were moving in both directions when a 6 News crew arrived shortly after 9 a.m.

The crash was reported at 6:07 a.m., according to TDOT. A TDOT spokesperson posted at 6:35 a.m. saying the road was back open. Shortly after 8 a.m., the Tennessee Highway Patrol dispatch said the road was still closed and would remain so for a while…
