A Chillicothe woman is wanted in Kansas on a bench warrant stemming from a felony theft case and an alleged probation violation.
The District Court of Wyandotte County, Kansas, issued the bench warrant for Kortney Machelle Pulley, 35, after she failed to appear for a court hearing.
