This spring, Postino reached an impressive milestone. The Phoenix-born concept, which today boasts more than 30 locations across the country, marked 25 years of serving wine and bruschetta. But its ownership group, Upward Projects, didn’t linger too long looking backward.
Instead, they are adding major talent to the team. In July, they announced a partnership with chefs Roberto Centeno, Nadia Holguin and Armando Hernandez, the trio behind several restaurants including Espiritu and Main Burgers, to open a modern Mexican restaurant named Lado A Lado.
Now, the restaurant group has named the acclaimed Valley chef Stephen Jones as its Culinary Innovation Chef. In this new role, he will oversee food not only at Postino, but also at Federal Pizza, Joyride Taco House, Windsor, Churn and Lado A Lado, which is set to open this fall…
