Former Charlotte City Councilwoman Tiawana Brown and her two daughters will be sentenced on Tuesday after pleading guilty to COVID-19 relief fraud.
In her sentencing memorandum, Brown’s attorney says the court should impose a straight probationary sentence with no custodial component.
