INDIANAPOLIS— The CEO of Indianapolis-based company Sigma Nursing has been terminated after a leaked phone conversation in which he is accused of saying racial slurs.
According to Sigma Nursing, the company’s board of directors voted unanimously to terminate Lucas Davis from his position as chief executive officer. Davis was appointed to the role in 2024, reportedly leaving his role as a chief staff officer at the International Coaching Federation.
