LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Dozens of vehicles have been impounded as cases of illegal dumping increase in Louisville.
Louisville Metro Public Works and its Solid Waste Management Services (SWMS) are reporting an increase in illegal dumping at unstaffed recycling centers, calling it a “continuous problem.”
