MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A Memphis man has been sentenced to two years in federal prison for his role in stealing a semi-truck carrying a shipment of Water Piks bound for Amazon in 2023.
Gregory Luss, 44, pleaded guilty in March to being in possession of goods stolen from an interstate shipment.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Tennessee, Luss stole the trailer from its Bledsoe Cove location in Memphis on Oct. 20, 2023, and immediately listed the stolen products for sale on an eBay account registered in his name…
