(WFRV) – Jerome Baier, the man charged with murder related to the 1995 disappearance of James ‘Jim’ Ruland, was in court on Monday.
Judge Anthony Nehls set bond at $1,000,000 cash. A preliminary hearing is set for October 1 at 1:30 p.m.
