Two Gwinnett County Public Schools art educators have been recognized by the Georgia Art Education Association for their outstanding contributions to visual arts education.
Dr. Lynn Fagan of Walnut Grove Elementary School was named the recipient of the 2027 Outstanding Elementary Art Educator Award, while Loria Cuttle of Brookwood High School received the 2027 Outstanding Secondary Art Educator Award. The awards recognize educators for outstanding service, leadership and commitment to visual arts education across Georgia.
Fagan has spent 27 years inspiring young artists at Walnut Grove while also mentoring educators and contributing to curriculum development.
