A local hair salon owner is left starting over from scratch after thieves broke into her business last Thursday, spending an hour inside and making off with tens of thousands of dollars in supplies and equipment.
The burglary happened during the early morning hours while the owner was out of town and no one was working. Compounding the loss, the salon’s security system failed to notify police of the break-in.
