GRAFTON – A former Grafton Select Board member has pleaded guilty to several counts of Wire Fraud after defrauding investors in his cannabis business.
Bruce W. Spinney III has pleaded guilty to two counts of Wire Fraud and one count of Engaging in an Unlawful Monetary Transaction. Leah B. Foley, the U.S. Attorney prosecuting the case, recommended a sentence of 15 months in prison, two years of supervised release, and restitution.
