KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City Council committee advanced a plan Monday that would give voters a say on future stadium and arena funding deals.
The ordinance would require a public vote before the city funds any future stadium projects. It would apply to any arena seating 2,500 people or more.
